Welcome to the Token.com Referral Program! Invite your friends to start trading - and earn rewards when they do. When someone signs up using your link and places their first trade, you’ll get 25% of the trading fees they pay over the promotion period. Real rewards for growing the community.

1. Program Overview

The Token.com Referral Program allows eligible users (“Referrers”) to invite friends (“Referees”) to join the platform. For each successful referral, the Referrer earns 25% of the trading fees paid by the Referee (after deducting gas fee) during the promotion period, starting from the Referee’s sign-up date.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referrer Eligibility

To participate in the referral program as a Referrer, you need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have an active token.com account in a country where the platform is available;

  • Generate and share your personal referral link or code through the Token.com app.

2.2 Referee Eligibility

To qualify as a valid Referee (the person being referred), the following conditions apply:

  • Be at least 18 years old and create a new token.com account in a country where the platform is available;

  • Complete at least one trade after signing up from the referral link.

3. How the Referral Program Works

3.1 Generating and Sharing Referral Links

Each Token.com user can generate a personal referral link or code directly from the “Earnings” section within the app. This link redirects your referee to download the app and complete the registration process.

3.2 Successful Referral Definition

A referral is considered successful when the Referee downloads and signs up via the referral link and completes at least one trade on the Token.com platform. Once these steps are completed, the referral relationship is established and the reward period begins.

3.3 Earning Rewards

For each successful referral, the Referrer earns 25% of the trading fees paid by the Referee during the promotion period. These rewards are calculated automatically and accumulated in USDC, based on actual trading activity on the platform.

4. Payout and Claiming Rewards

4.1 Payout Conditions

Once a Referrer's total accumulated rewards reach a minimum of $5 USDC, the amount is automatically credited to their Token.com wallet. This threshold applies to combined rewards across all referred users, not per individual. Any outstanding eligible rewards will be paid out at the end of the Token.com referral reward program campaign as long as the total payout is at least $1 USDC. 

4.2 Timing and Validity

Rewards may be claimed during or after the applicable promotion period, depending on when the payout conditions are met. Token.com may review, adjust, or withhold rewards in cases where referral eligibility is contested or if any form of misuse is suspected.

5. Restrictions and Fair Use

The referral program is intended to reward genuine users who help grow the Token.com community. To preserve its integrity, referral activity should reflect authentic user interest and real trading behaviour. Use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to generate referrals is not allowed. Token.com reserves the right to review referrals and withhold rewards if it determines that activity does not align with the spirit or purpose of the program.

6. Changes and Termination

Token.com may modify, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time for strategic, operational, or legal reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. If the program ends, rewards earned under the terms in effect at the time will be honoured, provided they meet all eligibility requirements. The referral period is determined to be in effect until cancellation by Token.com.
