Welcome to the Token.com TokenPoints Terms & Conditions! By participating in our TokenPoints Rewards Program, you join a community-driven movement that's redefining financial freedom. This program rewards token.com customers ("Participants") for engaging with various features within our platform. Participation allows users to accumulate points ("TokenPoints") that can be redeemed for the upcoming airdrop or other rewards under these terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Definitions and Interpretation

"Token.com": The service provider.

"TokenPoints": Reward points awarded by Token.com for completing specific tasks.

"Tasks": Activities, actions, or missions that a Participant must complete within the Token.com app to earn TokenPoints.

"Participant": An eligible individual participating in the Program.

"Reward(s)": Benefits that Participants may receive in exchange for TokenPoints.

"Program Terms": These terms and conditions governing the Program.

1.2. Description of Program

The Program is designed to reward Participants for engaging with various features within the Token.com platform. Participants can earn TokenPoints for completing specific Tasks and redeem these points for Rewards as described in these Program Terms.

1.3. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the TokenPoints Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these Program Terms in addition to the general Token.com App Terms and Conditions. Your participation in the Program indicates your acceptance of these terms and confirms that you are in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the TokenPoints Rewards Program, you must:

Account Status: Be a current Token.com account holder and use your own registered Token.com account.

Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.

Geographic Eligibility: Reside in a country where the program is open, excluding residents of Belgium, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong due to regulatory restrictions.

Compliance: Not be subject to any sanctions imposed by any government, including those by the United Nations, the European Union, any EU country, the UK Treasury, or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control.

3. Participation

3.1. Earning TokenPoints

Participants can earn TokenPoints by completing specific tasks within the app. Tasks are categorised as follows:

Onboarding Tasks: Activities such as signing up, connecting a wallet, and making the first token purchase.

Discovery Tasks: Exploring new features or tokens within the app.

Trading Tasks: Buying or selling tokens.

Social Tasks: Creating content, referring friends, and celebrating milestones.

4. Rewards

4.1. Airdrop

A portion of the reward pool will be distributed as an airdrop. The distribution will be proportional to the TokenPoints accumulated by each participant. The exact amount of the reward pool and the criteria for distribution will be announced prior to the airdrop. Participants' TokenPoints will determine their share of the airdrop, so accumulating more TokenPoints may result in a larger proportion of the airdrop.

5. Data Privacy and Security

By participating in the Program, the Participant acknowledges that Token.com may collect and use personal information provided in accordance with the Token.com Privacy Policy, which the Participant has accepted by using the Token.com app. For more information on how your personal data is collected and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through an internal review process, with the aim of a fair resolution in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Campaign Disclosure

Token.com may modify, suspend, or terminate the TokenPoints Rewards Program at its discretion. Participants will be notified of significant changes through their registered email or app notifications.

7.2. Liability

Token.com is not liable for errors or delays in processing rewards not directly attributable to its negligence.

7.3. Force Majeure

There may be times when things happen that are outside of Token.com's control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other events that could prevent us from fulfilling our obligations under these Program Terms. If such events occur, Token.com will not be held responsible for any delays or failures to perform its duties. We will do our best to inform you of any such disruptions and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
